i am 21 years old.. having depression and anxiety disorder now.. You all will know how suffer to have these kinds of illness.. now i study in local university.. during ny first semester, i make decision to defer for one semester because i cant stand anyone.. always got panis attack in the university.. after rest for one semester, i am back now.. although i still feel anxious and depressed when in the university, but my positive thought can make my condition better.. i know life have to go on.. i cant ran always from problem anymore.. thanks my mum, sister, family and my best friends that give support to me.. your support really mean a lot to me.. thnks.. so friends lets us work hard together to recover from our illness.. nice to meet you all!!
